Question: Is Budget Bounce insured?
Answer: Yes, we are fully insured, we carry general Liability insurance and would be more than happy to show a copy of the certificate.

Question: Do you have tssa ?

Answer: Not as of yet but we a working on obtaining our tssa, so we can only supply to private parties and not public events

Question: Does the price of inflatable bounce house and/or water slide rental include set up and delivery?
AnswerYes, although additional fees may apply for delivery of inflatable bounce houses and/or water slides to areas farther out.

QuestionWhen do you set up your inflatable bounce houses and/or water slides?
Answer: That depends on how many inflatable bounce houses and/or water slides we have rented out that day but when you book you will be asked when the party starts, so we can insure your unit is set up in time.

 

Question: We have rented some really dirty bouncers from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
Answer: No The units should be clean and ready when you get it. 

 

Question: What payments do you take?
Answer: Cash & all major credit cards. If you are paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

 

Question: What if it starts to rain can we still use the unit?
Answer: No, in case of rain or high winds you must evacuate the unit, turn off.

 

Question: Where can the unit be set up? 
Answer: We can set up on Grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete.

 

Question:: Is there a contract and safety rules?
Answer: Yes. You can find a copy of safety rules and agreement on our website as well the renter will be required to sign a copy for our records.

QuestionAre we responsible for the inflatable bounce house and/or water slide if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
AnswerYes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once, so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Question: Do you offer attendees?

Answer:. Yes $20 per hour

QuestionIs there a contract that has to be signed?

Answer: Yes, a member of Budget Bounce will have you read and sign the contract before they set up your rental.

QuestionHow many kids can be on a bouncer at one time?

Answer: To many riders can cause the unit to become over crowded. We tell the renter to use their better jugement.

Question: What happens if I rent a concession equipment and it does not work?

Answer: Please call as we may be able to detect the problem and fix it over the phone. If it still does not work after that the machine will be brought back and tested. And if machine still does not work money will be refunded back.

 

Question: Do you offer additional servings for cotton candy, sno-kone and popcorn?

Answer: Yes, it is $5 for every extra ten servings.

QuestionDo you require a deposit?

Answer: not usually but in some cases yes.

 

Question: Do you offer extended time?

Answer: Yes, $20 for every extra hour and as long as the extra time does not conflict with a booking made.

Question: do you have any pointers?

Answers:

  • Please pick up any dog feces before inflatable arrives

  • Please notify if there are any obstacles that you think might be an issue for when the bounce,

  • clean-up fee will be automatically charged to the renter of the unit/concession
